Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support onboarding new customers
  • Phone training of Airtext App
  • Support dealer installations with documentation and supplemental information
  • Demonstrate our products in zoom computer meetings
  • Strengthen customer relationships by explaining new features and functions
  • Make follow-up telephone calls to maintain our raving fan customer base
  • Follow up via email on inbound inquiries.
 This role involves talking to customers on a daily basis. Key functions include relationship-building, follow up, customer demos, and support.
Salary and Benefits
$48,000 plus benefits including health insurance, and vacation. Company bonus based on company growth annually.
Other Information
This position reports to Jonathan Pinson, the General Manager of Airtext.
Location
Based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Our company headquarters is located at 1765 Grassland Parkway, Alpharetta, GA 30004.
Territory
Customers and dealers are world-wide. This position will include a limited amount of international support.
Travel Requirements
Possible travel to a couple of trade shows per year. 95% of the time the role will be inside our facility in Alpharetta, GA.
On-the-Job Training
For the first few months, the company Founder and CEO (David Gray) will support you with up to five hours per week of hands-on training. You may audit his customer calls, receive introductions and explanations, and generally get to know the avionics industry and what has made the company successful to date.

Airtext is a hardware product and smartphone app. It lets private jet passengers send and receive text messages during flight for five cents per message. We use the Iridium Next Satellite Network plus a combination of custom hardware and software to make installation and operation easy. The company was founded by David Gray in 2015. Airtext is now flying on hundreds of aircraft and on over seventy different airframes.
